Franchisee-Owned Company-Operated (FOCO)
In the FOCO model, the initial set up costs on infrastructure and interior and equipment are borne by the franchise owner. The running operational costs of franchises will be shared by the company and the franchise owner as well and profit will be also being shared between both parties. The franchise will be in possession of the franchise owner for business and the company will provide staffing support, raw material and business development support. The company will not be charging any franchise fee in this model.
Franchisee-Owned Franchisee Operated (FOFO)
In the FOFO model, the company rent out franchise of DR'S CHAAT to franchise owner after charging a particular franchise fee. This fee includes the amount of business starter kit which includes staffing support, necessary raw material, operational and business development support to successfully operate the franchise. The company is involved in the initial business set up and also in running the business of franchise in successful manner. The franchise fee is non-refundable amount. Prices of the list of items being sold at franchise outlets are decided by the company. Franchise on this model will belong to franchise owner. Franchise owner will be the sole owner of the franchise in this model. The franchise owner will get the raw material and staff provided by the company to operate his authorized outlet.
DR'S CHAAT on Wheels Model
In the DR'S CHAAT on wheels franchise, we are offering a small DR'S ChAAT at wheel on rickshaw or pushcart mode. The DR'S ChAAT on wheel is a pioneering concept to enable delivery of delicious flavored, hygienic and superior quality product to various customers at their door within short span of time with small investment. It saves time and cost and maximizes the profit of franchise owner. The DR'S CHAAT on the wheel is easily movable in narrow lanes of the city where big vehicles can’t go and a very lucrative earning source at low investment.

Step 1: Contact the company via a phone number or email mentioned on the website page. You can also send your details by filling a form appearing on the website page while visiting our website. You need to brief us about your plan and company would review your profile thereafter before making the call to you.
Step 2: Franchise buyer should have necessary capital for paying the franchise fee to DR'S CHAAT and making investment necessary to raise the structure of DR'S CHAAT Café or Shop and other necessities incidental to operating the franchise.
Step 3: The required franchise fee must be paid at the time of the agreement.
Step 4: We take 25 days to launch the franchise after signing the agreement.
Requirements to get DR'S CHAAT Franchise
Minimum 200 – 300 square fit area in a prime location with heavy footfall. Our team will sign an agreement with the one who meets our criteria of selection and book our franchise by meeting our terms and conditions of the agreement.
The outlet must be at the authorized place only.
Owner profile should be neat and clean and without any legally bar restraining him or her to conclude an agreement with us for franchise.
We do not provide our two franchises at the same location within 2 km radius.
Investment
We are charging franchise fee to enable our partners to do business of DR'S CHAAT and earn good amount of profit through it. The investment cost would be approximately 4.5 lac rupees plus interior cost. The bifurcation of the price is described below:
Token money of minimum 11 thousand rupees that would be adjustable in franchise fee after concluding the agreement.
Business starter kit- 3.00 Lac + GST at the rate of 18%.
Franchise fee 1.5 lac rupees + GST @ 18%.
Rest 1.5-2.00 lac rupees would be approximate cost of designing the interiors of the DR'S CHAAT Café or Shop to be invested by the franchise owner. It depends upon the size of the outlet.
